{DIY} Perler Bead Bow Flip Flops

Lately I’ve become obsessed with decorating flip flops with perler beads. My obsession continues!

Steps:

  1. Create the perler bead pattern
  2. Following the directions on your perler bead container, fuse the beads together
  3. Cut the straps of the flip flops
  4. Wrap the flip flops straps and toe area with ribbon. This is very important! The ribbon allows for a stronger adhesive bond between the perler beads and flip flops
  5. Using a hot glue gun, glue the Perler bead pattern to the flip flops

{DIY}Perler Bead Flip Flops

Flip flops made from perler beads are not very practical, but they are super cute and fun. All you need to do is arrange the perler beads in the shape of a flip flop (I used an actual flip flop as my template). Leave spaces for the flip flop straps to be inserted. Overall, it should only take you about 15 minutes to create these colorful flip flops. Enjoy!
